“You HAVE GOT to be kidding me…” Sara scowled, reading her cast list. “Elphaba… What was he thinking?”

“At least you get a decent song… Glinda… I’m NOT doing this…” Cath sighed, shaking her head.

Sara smirked slightly. “Care to take a bet on that… Glinda…”

Cath glared at her. “Shut it you…”

Sara laughed. “Oh you so got type-cast…”

Cath glared at her a moment more, choking back an angry sob as she fled past Sara…

Sara sighed angrily. “ Dammit… the things you make me do Ecklie…”

-At rehearsals –

People watched them closely as they rehearsed. Sara sighed and waited for Cath to lead them off…

“You can still be with the Wizard

Sara looked up. “I know…But I don't want it -

And you can't pull me down!” She swallowed, ignoring the fact people where there, looking up as she awaited Cath’s response, noting Cath’s look of surprise before she took the next part.

She looked away then stepped down. “I’m not doing this Ecklie… it’s just not me…”

“Sara…” Cath’s voice was loud as she spoke, loud but soft. “You have an amazing voice… please… don’t force Sofia on me…”

Sara glanced back, noting the pleading look on Cath’s face… and melted. “Fine…For you… ONLY for you…”
