I think it's time to get the challenge ball rolling once more. I am a bit handicapped in that I am only familiar with a few pairings, but here goes.

STV: Janeway/Seven Jeffries tube hand spanner
ER: Kim/Kerry suture room novocaine
SG1: Janet/Sam off world MALP (mobile analytic laboratory probe)
CSI: Catherine/Wendy DNA lab sperm sample

BTW--In my world, Janet is still alive and kicking.
