Abbie debated between squeezing next to Serena or commendering the love seat. Deciding viewing would be enhanced by liquid refreshment, she wandered off towards the kitchen to make sure Olivia was uncapping a beer for her and not waiting for later. She met the detective in the hallway, empty handed.
"I knew I would need to get my own beverage," Abbie quipped.
"Starting already? You only brought a 6-pack."
"Because Alex told Serena you already picked up a case and that we shouldn't bring anything." Abbie looked at her pointedly.
Olivia actually blushed. "We ran out last year and gin just wasn't the same," she confessed.
Beer in hand, Abbie followed Olivia back into the living room.
